Justin Bieber is engaged to Hailey Baldwin, according to TMZ. The singer, 24, is said to have proposed to the model, 21, at a luxury resort in the Bahamas on Saturday evening. TMZ writes that two eyewitnesses claim to have seen the proposal, including a request from Bieber's security for guests to put their phones away. The following morning, the singer's father Jeremy alluded to the engagement on Instagram. "@justinbieber Proud is an understatement!
