Mumbai Rains: Rail, Road Traffic Hit Due To Waterlogging, Navy On Standby
Heavy rains continue to lash Mumbai disrupting road and rail traffic and causing inconvenience to commuters. A number of trains have been cancelled while others are running late by 10 to 15 minutes due to flooded tracks. Dabbawala, Mumbai's lunch box carriers, have suspended their services for today after the weather department warned of heavy rain. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that the Navy and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) are on standby.
