South Delhi Wants Change From Goonda Raj: AAP’s Raghav Chadha
Raghav Chadha, the Aam Aadmi Party's candidate for the South Delhi Lok Sabha seat, held a roadshow that he called "goonda raj mukti yatra" in the national capital. Sitting atop an open SUV, flanked by supporters waving brooms - the party's election symbol - Mr Chadha said, "Outer Delhi is an area where politics of fear and goonda raj have dominated for years. The representatives have been inaccessible. And if people did get access, the leaders usually responded in a violent way... Now the people of South Delhi want change. They want civilised people in the forefront of politics who can raise their voice in parliament." Mr Chadha, 30, faces the BJP's Ramesh Bidhuri in this constituency.
