Pilibhit Wants Local Candidate: Hemraj Verma, Up Against Varun Gandhi, Tells NDTV
Fighting against BJP's Varun Gandhi in Western UP's Pilibhit seat is the Samajwadi Party's Hemraj Verma, a former UP government minister. "People in Pilibhit want a local candidate," Mr Verma tells NDTV.
