Sri Lanka Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe spoke to NDTV exclusively for the first time on Indian national televisionm as the island nation is facing a deep economic crisis with queues outside fuel station and a dire shortage of food items. "India has really stepped in. They are helping us. Because of their help we are surviving till we finalised the discussion with the IMF," he said.
