पिछले कुछ समय से रूस में फंसे कई युवाओं के वीडियो वायरल हो रहे थे, जिसमें वो भारत सरकार से देश वापसी के लिए मदद मांगते दिखे। इसी के बाद भारत सरकार Active हुई। पता चला कि सोशल मीडिया के जरिये युवाओं को रूस में नौकरी दिलाने के दावे किये जा रहे हैं। इसकी के बाद कल यानी गुरुवार को CBI ने Human Trafficking Racket का पर्दाफाश किया. CBI ने दिल्ली के Connaught Place में केजी मार्ग पर RAS Overseas Foundation के दफ्तर पर छापा मारा, यहीं से भारतीय नौजवानों को नौकरी का लालच देकर रूस भेजने और फिर उन्हें रूस की आर्मी में जबरन भर्ती करने का रैकेट चल रहा था। For some time, videos of many youths stranded in Russia were going viral, in which they were seen asking for help from the Indian government to return to the country. After this the Government of India became active. It was revealed that claims are being made through social media to provide jobs to the youth in Russia.
